The curved seat, which is crafted from multiple layers of veneer, appears to float above the legs and is ideal for upholstering. On request, the seat can be upholstered in a variety of fabrics and leather options to complement a variety of interiors and styles. The curved backrest is available in hand-woven Danish natural paper cord.
Chair No. 140 was designed in 1956 and taps into the essence of Danish Modern with its clean lines, functional design and expert craftsmanship.
Because of the many upholstering possibilities, the chair will fit perfectly into both private homes and public spaces.
Every piece is made in Denmark and individually numbered on final assembly.
