Nordic Modern
In 2017, it became clear to Vibeke Klint’s daughter, Le Klint, that her mother’s unique, hand-woven rugs were close to disappearing from production. Nordic Modern was established in Denmark in 2018. The search for capable craftsmanship ended at third-generation weaving studio in Northern India, where only the studio’s master weavers handle the technically demanding work.
